Hugh McDonald was admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2007 and was employed by Symons Phillips Lawyers in August 2009 to assist Nick Symons in the Commercial area of the firm.
Hugh specializes and has a keen interest in Business and Commercial Law and Property Law. Hugh regularly acts for both Landlords and Tenants in relation to the leasing of commercial premises in both the ACT and NSW. Hugh also assists both Sellers and Buyers in the sale of businesses. In addition Hugh has valuable experience in property law advising both developers and buyers in relation to off the plan sales and purchases of both commercial and residential property in the ACT and NSW.
Further to Hugh's legal qualifications, he also attended Sydney University where he completed a Bachelor of Economics with honours.
