Rebecca Tesic was admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory in 2003 and was employed by Symons Phillips Lawyers in May of 2010 to assist Nick Symons in the Commercial area of the firm.
Rebecca has a keen interest in Business and Commercial Law as well as Property Law. Rebecca regularly acts for both Landlords and Tenants in relation to the leasing of commercial premises in both the ACT and NSW. Rebecca also assists both Sellers and Buyers in the sale of businesses.
Further to Rebecca's legal qualifications, she also has completed the ACT Law Society Practice Management Course, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Australian National University, Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canberra and her Bachelor of Business Administration which was also completed at the University of Canberra.
